University of Michigan is governed by the Board of Trustees and managed by senior
management team headed by President Professor XYZ. The academic and administrative
functions of the university are carried out across three divisions. Each division
is headed by the Vice-President and he report to the President.These divisions
are Academic and Services Corporate Services Development Services.
